I'm starting to wonder if my making a big deal about my shift in alliance was worth it. I rarely upload here anyway. XD I upload way more often on my TLKFAA page. Click to go there.

I've been having a great time the past few days! On Valentine's Day I gave my BF (whom I'll refer to by his lion name, Hamu) a rose, a computer-made card with our lion characters on it, and a little baggy of peppermint patties. He made me a card. I don't mind that he didn't give me anything else, because I know he put a lot of thought into his card and I couldn't have asked for anything more. On Friday, though, we were off school, so I went to go visit him at his mom's office and we played Mario Party and Super Smash Brothers until our brains blew out. Whee! But then the unexpected happened: his dad offered to take the two of us out to dinner! I had the yummiest fettucine alfredo w/ chicken ever! Except that I filled up a bit too much on the salad bar before the meal came, so I could only eat about a third of the pasta. I felt ridiculous. But then when they took me home, the sauce must have leaked out of the take-home box at one point, because when I got out of the car there was gooey alfredo sauce all over my jeans! But I still had a wonderful time. *eyes glaze over* Ooh, Hamu's really good at kissing me on the neck... *swoons* But that's not all! It's a 4-day weekend and I don't have to go back to school until Tuesday!

Other good news not associated with this week: the PSAT scores were released recently, and I'm being swamped with e-mails and snail mails from colleges all over the country that want me! I feel so special!

Finished finals Friday! Three weeks of bliss!

Well. It's about time I got this over with. Deep breath. ... The dragon side of me is gone. Gone. I've been turned into a lioness. Almost exactly one year ago, I was reintroduced to The Lion King, and now look what's happened. There's no point anymore in keeping my lion art from you guys, since I think the constant quadruped practice has actually helped my art in general. No fear of "clogging up my dragon page" anymore. Let the African madness begin! *goes up to journal title and scratches out "Coraa"* I am MAHEWA! Hear me roar!

Two thousand pageviews! Everybody join the happy dance!

Not much else to say. I've started writing lots of fiction, so that's another reason I'll be uploading more. See ya later!

Whoo boy, I haven't been on here in AGES. To think that my last journal was about school starting and this one the encroaching mid-term exams! Another week and a half to prepare myself... I wonder if it's enough?

Sorry I've been gone so much. TLKFAA has taken over my life. Since I rarely draw dragons anymore, do you guys think that I should go ahead and upload my lion art here? At first I feared it would clutter up my gallery, but uploading them might give me incentive to do more here on dA. Tell me whatcha think.

I'm learning how to clog dance! Yeah that was random...

Well, school has started up again. I'm in standard English and US History, as well as Physics, Spanish III Honors, and AP Calculus AB. Oh, and don't forget CHAMBER CHOIR!!! Yay Too bad the Latin III thing didn't work out...oh well. I still have Ancient Greek. It wasn't too hard for me to get back in the swing of things.

If you're wondering why I haven't been doing much here lately, it's because I've caught TLK fever and am drawing tons of lions. I won't be uploading them here, but you can check my page at TLKFAA.
